REFUND POLICY

SERVICES

Deposits are fully refundable if services are canceled by the salon. Cancelations by the client should be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.

 

The salon requires FIVE days advance notice of a cancelation for loc installations. If you make an error, while booking, please notify us within 24 hours.

 

If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will reschedule your service and apply the full payment. You have 30 days to use your salon credit.

 

Leftover service time will not be credited. If you book four hours and the Stylist finishes your hair in 3.5 hours, you will not be credited 30 minutes.

 

To ensure fairness to our staff and other clients, a fee equal to the full-service cost will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

PRODUCT PURCHASES

There are no refunds or exchanges on product purchases. If products are damaged during transport, customers can contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement.
